Before founding Avenir, Jamie spent time at Explorador Capital Management and in business affairs at Augusta National Golf Club. During the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign, he served as special assistant and personal aide to Senator John McCain.
Jamie received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Georgia.
