TIBCO Software ($4.3b exit) digitized Wall Street in the 90s powering many large enterprises across myriad industries and geographies. TIBCO's pioneering products include middleware, integration, big data, analytics, event processing and cloud services. Vivek has also seeded and mentored many tech luminaries from google to yahoo, salesforce, eBay, and Steve Jobs personally among many others. In 2013, Vivek Ranadive purchased the NBA's Sacramento Kings, becoming the first Indian-born majority owner in the league.
