Your privacy matters to us. Other than the parties listed in our Privacy Policy, Wedeal llc will not share your information with others.
You are required to register with Wedeal to make a purchase or interact with our community. This is also how we support your purchases.
By registering with Wedeal, you agree to receive necessary administrative and promotional email from us. You can always opt-out of promotional emails by following the links at the bottom of each message.
Wedeal makes absolutely no warranty on the goods and services related to your purchase of Wedeal vouchers. You are entirely responsible for determining the appropriateness, quality, safety, or any aspect of the products or services you obtain through a Wedeal voucher. Under no conditions will Wedeal be held liable for any loss, damage, or injuries sustained directly or indirectly through the purchase of goods or services via a Wedeal coupon. You agree to hold Wedeal, its employees, its contractors, and agents entirely harmless in the case of any claimed loss, injury, or damage.
The coupon you purchase from Wedeal is redeemable for goods and services by the vendor of such goods and service, hereinafter known as the "Merchant." It is the Merchant, not Wedeal, that sells the goods and services you\'ll see on the Wedeal site. What we sell is a voucher that is redeemable in connection with your purchase from the Merchant.

Your Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By utilizing Wedeal.com (hereinafter known as the Site"), you agree to the Site\'s terms and conditions. If you do not wish to agree to the terms and conditions (hereinafter known as the "Terms," "TOS," or "Agreement,"), you must not use the Site.
Wedeal may, from time to time, revise or change these Terms and our Privacy Policies. We have no duty to directly inform you of these changes. It's your responsibility to check these Terms and our Privacy Policy from time to time to remain apprised of their conditions. Your continued use of the Site shall be deemed as acceptance of any and all future changes of its Terms or Privacy Policy.
TERMS OF SERVICE AND USE
What We Do
Wedeal.com is a website operated by Wedeal LLC. We provide information, content, and commercial facilities for our own services, our affiliates, and third parties.
General
This agreement enumerates terms and conditions between the site and you (hereinafter known as "you," the "End User," or the "User."). The End User agrees to comply with all of our terms and conditions. The right to use the Site resides exclusively with you, and may not be transferred to any other party.
The End User is responsible for the security of his or her own password and login. All users acknowledge that while the Internet is mostly a secure place, interruptions of service or other events may be beyond the control of Wedeal. Wedeal is not responsible for any data lost or intercepted during the course of the End User's activity on the site. The End User also acknowledges that, from time to time, the site may not be available (due to maintenance, or for any other reason). The End User agrees to hold harmless Wedeal in such events.
Wedeal reserves the right to change, block, or discontinue any aspect of its operation without notice. This includes hours of availability, or availability of the site to any geographical location or IP address. Wedeal has no duty to preserve any particular standard of transmission method or site characteristics.
Modification of Terms
Wedeal may, at any time, modify its Terms or Privacy Policy without prior notice. These changes may include modification or addition of certain fees and charges associated with our services. It is incumbent on the User to periodically review these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and to remain informed of such changes. Continued use of the site subsequent to any change in the Terms or Privacy policy will be deemed as acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the changes, you must immediately cease using the site. Changes to Terms and the Privacy Policy are effective immediately upon their publication.
Your equipment
The End User is responsible for maintaining his or her own computer hardware are software -- including internet connection -- in order to utilize the Site. You are responsible for your own fees for any licensing or services required to access the Site. Our vouchers require printing to be redeemed, and the End User is entirely responsible for said printing. Under no condition will Wedeal be held responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment incurred as a result of your use of the Site.
Your conduct
Wedeal.com and its subsites are private property. Any activity you have on or through Wedeal or its subsites are governed by our Terms of Service. We require that the End User utilize Wedeal and it’s subsites only for lawful purposes, regardless of their explicit expression in these Terms. You are further prohibited from posting through the Site or its subsites anything which is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, vulgar, invasive of privacy, or in any way reasonably objectionable; anything which encourages criminal conduct or give rise to civil liability; or any form of advertising. No User shall use Wedeal or its subsites to disseminate or solicit anything of a religious, political, or commercial nature. This includes enticing existing Wedeal members from participating in similar sites or services.
These rules of conduct are further extended to benefit any existing or future subsidiaries of Wedeal, its affiliates and agents, and third party content providers of licensors. Each of these entities shall also have the right to assert their own terms of service.
Trademarks and Copyright
Everything located on the Site and its associated subsites is the exclusive property of Wedeal LLC, or is used by expressed license or permission of its owner. All copying, redistribution, transmission, linking, or any derivative use of the Site or its subsites is expressly prohibited without the written permission of Wedeal LLC. Any violation of copyright or trademark -- or any other intellectual property infringement in the Site -- may result in civil and or criminal prosecution and penalties.
Nothing on this site is to be considered in the public domain. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, sound, and video. Nothing in these Terms shall give the User any right to use, exploit, or create derivative works based on this site. No downloads or any other use of the Site shall be construed as assigning ownership of any materials created or licensed by Wedeal.
The End User is prohibited from uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting any materials through the Site to which they do not own copyright. This includes the trademarks or others, or any unreleased copyrighted material.
By submitting material to the Site, the User warrants them free of copyright and all trademark, and grants Wedeal or its successors perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, modify, transmit, distribute, archive, adapt, publish, and translate such material via any media or technology, present or in the future. The End User agrees that said materials may be utilized by other Users in accordance with the Site's Terms of Service.
These rules regarding trademark and copyright are further extended to benefit any existing or future subsidiaries of Wedeal, its affiliates and agents, and third party content providers of licensors. Each of these entities shall also have the right to assert their own terms of service.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranty
The End User expressly agrees that the use of Wedeal.com and its subsites is at his or her own risk. Wedeal, its affiliates and agents, employees, contractors, content providers, and third party licensors make no warrant as to the availability of the Site or the accuracy of the information contained therein; nor do they make any warranty as to the results which may be achieved through the use of this site or the accuracy of information, or of the services or merchandise provided through the Site or its subsites.
Wedeal and its subsites are made available on an "as is" basis -- without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. Wedeal makes no warranty of title nor of the suitability for any purpose of the goods and services listed on the Site.
This liability disclaimer applies to any damage or injury caused by any failure related to the performance of the site, including -- but limited to -- computer viruses, unauthorized intrusion on the site by third parties, alteration or misuse of any records, tortuous behavior, negligence, or any other cause of action. Users explicitly hold harmless Wedeal for any defamatory, illegal, or offensive conduct of other users or any party, and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury.
In no case and under no circumstances will Wedeal or any person associated with the creation, production, or distribution of the Site or its subsites be held liable for any damages, including direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the Site, or the inability to use it. The User agrees this extends to all content on Wedeal.com or its subsites.
Wedeal, its affiliates, providers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable regardless of the duration or cause for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or any other defects -- or untimeliness or inaccuracy -- of any information on the Site or subsites. None of the parties shall be held liable for any third party claims or losses of any nature, including (and without limitation): lost profits, punitive, or consequential damages.
Wedeal is not responsible for any content posted, uploaded, or shared through or on the Site or its subsites. Wedeal reserves the right to remove or edit any content on the site for any reason it deems appropriate.
Monitoring
Content appearing on the Site and its subsites is not continuously monitored. Nevertheless, Wedeal reserves the right to remove or edit any content submitted by a User to ensure compliance with the law and with our Terms of service. The suitability of content on the Site is at the sole discretion of Wedeal.
Privacy
Anything that you post as comments, ratings, feedback, and reviews to the Wedeal site is public information, and may be viewed by other users without your knowledge or further consent. Wedeal does not control or endorse the content posted by users to the Site and subsites, so you accept any liability for its consumption. Only pages, forms, or fields specifically indicated as confidential shall not be deemed public information. The user grants Wedeal the right to use material posted to the Site for any lawful purpose, including -- but not restricted to -- advertising, market research, or promotion.
Grant of License
By posting content to the Site, the End User grants Wedeal perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive rights to use, modify, transmit, distribute, archive, adapt, publish, and translate such material via any media or technology, present or in the future. The End User also authorizes Wedeal to assign this right to its successors and or assigns to sublicense those rights in any way it sees necessary.
Indemnification
The End User agrees to hold harmless Wedeal, its affiliate, agents, subcontractors, directors, officers, and employees from and against all expenses and claims, including attorney's fees, which might arise out of the use of the Site or its subsites.
Termination
Wedeal may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice. Wedeal shall also have the right to terminate the account of an End User for any reason of conduct which Wedeal finds unacceptable, or in the event of breach of any portion of this agreement by the User. Despite this termination, the specifics of the Terms shall remain binding upon the End User.
Trademarks
Wedeal is a trademark of Wedeal LLC. All rights in respect of this trademark are expressly reserved. Unless indicated, other trademarks appearing on the Site are those of their owners.
In some ways, Wedeal is a distributor, though not a publisher, of content supplied by third parties and End Users. We have no control over this editorial content. All opinions, advice, and statements expressed in third party content are those of their owners, and are not endorsed in any way by Wedeal, it's employees, contractors, or agents. We make no warranty as to the suitability or accuracy of third part material appearing through any result of the Site.
Wedeal is not responsible for the opinions or judgments of any User or Third Party whose content might appear on the Site. Under no conditions or circumstances will Wedeal be held liable for any use or misuse of third party information appearing on the Site, or through the Site's use. It is incumbent on the End user to determine the appropriateness, accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any opinion or advice available through Wedeal or its subsites.
Wedeal contains links to third party sites and content providers. these links are provided as a convenience to our users, and do not constitute any endorsement or warranty of the linked content. Users access these hyperlinks at their own risk. As such, Wedeal shall not be held liable for the content or accuracy of linked content or materials.
Miscellany
These terms define the entire agreement between Wedeal and the End User. No breach or waiver of any part of the agreement shall be construed as a waiver of a preceding or subsequent breach or default. Section headings are for convenience of reference, and have no force of law. If any part of this agreement shall be vacated by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the provisions of this agreements shall remain in force. The failure of either party to enforce its rights under the agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights.
Wedeal LLC is located in Chicago, Illinois. As such, all legal issues arising out of or in connection with the Site or its subsites are governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. By using the Site, the End User agrees that any claim or dispute arising our of or in connection with this agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, under rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association.
Florida residents purchasing vouchers through the Site where the Merchant is a healthcare provider may have special rights. It is incumbent upon the User to determine these rights, terms, and conditions.
Terms of Sale
When you place an order through Wedeal, you purchase a voucher in accordance with the terms below.
You must create an account on Wedeal to make any purchase. this is how we manage your order and ensure delivery of your voucher.
Your Wedeal voucher is redeemable for goods and services by the seller of those goods and services, hereinafter known as the Merchant. It is the Merchant, not Wedeal, which is the seller of the goods or services. The Merchant, not Wedeal, is solely responsible for redeeming any voucher you purchase.
Restaurant Vouchers
A restaurant is any Merchant who offers food and beverage for sale as a regular part of their business.
Theequency of redemption is entirely at the discretion of the Restaurant, as stated in the Wedeal voucher.
The use of Restaurant vouchers for the purchase of alcoholic beverages is at the discretion of the Restaurant. The Restaurant agrees to comply with all laws governing the same.
Whether a Wedeal voucher may be combined with any other offer is at the discretion of the Restaurant.
Unless specifically stated, Wedeal vouchers may not be used for taxes, gratuities, or any previous debt.
Wedeal vouchers are dine-in, unless otherwise indicated.
Unless otherwise required by law, the issue of restaurant credit in association with Wedeal voucher is at the discretion of the restaurant.
Neither Wedeal, nor the Restaurant, is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
Reproduction of any Wedeal voucher is expressly prohibited.
Any attempt to redeem a voucher not in accordance with its specific terms or the Wedeal Terms of Service shall have the effect of invalidating that voucher.
Void where prohibited by law.
The Wedeal voucher expires on the date indicated. The Restaurant has no duty to provide goods or services beyond that date, except as required by law.
If you redeem the voucher for less than its face value, you are not entitled to a refund or the balance on subsequent purchases, except as required by law.
Wedeal vouchers may have statutory limits on the value which may be redeemed for alcoholic beverages. Compliance with these statues is the responsibility of the Merchant. Wedeal's sole responsibility in the transaction is as a marketing agent of the Merchant. Wedeal has no role in the Merchant's compliance with any state, local, or federal statute.
Non-Restaurant Vouchers
Wedeal vouchers may only be applied to the goods or services offered by the Merchant, and may not be applied to shipping or handling charges.
Limit one voucher per redemption. Only one voucher may be used per transaction, unless otherwise indicated by the Merchant.
The issuing of credit or rain checks is solely at the discretion of the Merchant, except as required by law.
Neither Wedeal nor the merchant is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
Vouchers may not be combined with any other offer, unless specified by the Merchant.
Any reproduction, sale, or trade of a Wedeal voucher is expressly prohibited, except as required by law.
Any attempted redemption of a Wedeal voucher not compliant with its terms or Wedeal's Terms of service shall have the effect of voiding that voucher.
Void where prohibited by law.
The Wedeal offer expires on its indicated date. It is at the discretion of the Merchant to honor the voucher beyond its expiration.
If you redeem any Wedeal voucher for less than its face value, you will not be eligible for credit or refund, except as required by law.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Vouchers printed from the Site or its subsites are promotional vouchers offering good and services below their face value. They are subject to the terms and conditions enumerated by Wedeal and the participating merchant. It is the Merchant, not Wedeal, which is the seller of the goods or services.
The issuer and holder of a restaurant voucher is the Restaurant. The issuer and holder of any other merchant voucher is the Merchant. As the issuer and holder, the restaurant or merchant is solely responsible for any an all losses, injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities, and costs suffered by or in respect to the customer, caused in whole or part by the restaurant or merchant, as well as for any unclaimed property liability arising from unredeemed vouchers. All vouchers are redeemable only in their entirety, and may not be redeemed incrementally.
The laws of the various states in which you purchase a Wedeal voucher may communicate to you special rights regarding any cash value of the voucher, or its redemption beyond the expiration date. It is the duty of the Merchant, not Wedeal, to determine the applicability and terms of these statutes. Wedeal is not the merchant and has no duties as the Merchant, but is merely a promotional or marketing agent of the Merchant. Wedeal has no obligations as the Merchant to comply with any law or statute which governs the Merchant.
